Location was perfect with one of our favourite restaurants (Saffron) just across the road as well as a good breakfast cafe. The room was clean and well presented with a mini-kitchen. Our request for a blanket rather than a duvet was met. Secure parking at a reasonable rate was a positive.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel during our trip to Canberra. The location is absolutely ideal – all the main attractions are just a short drive away, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby to explore. It made getting around the city so convenient! The highlight for us was the pet-friendly rooms. Traveling with our dog can sometimes be a challenge, but this hotel made it so easy and comfortable. It's such a big plus for anyone traveling with their furry friends! The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and well-maintained. We’ll definitely be staying here again next time we’re in Canberra. Highly recommended!

Clean & convenient location Initially my room tv option to cast using wifi wasn't working. The reception had a guy come in to try & fix it after she tried but it still didn't work. She then tried to tell us there's nothing they could do & we had to accept it but I advised I hadn't seen my son in 3 years & we planned to just chill & watch movies for the night & wanted a room change. After initially saying they had no vacancies for another room, they were finally able to accommodate us & provide a complimentary upgrade. I was a little disappointed at first as it seemed they didn't want to automatically change my room, but thankful in the end that after I expressed my dissatisfaction, they complied.

Spacious room with all the amenities needed for a few days stay - microwave, fridge, dishwasher....... The room was very clean, plenty of towels, pillows, comfortable bed, nice little balcony. The property is located right in the heart of the Kingston restaurant precinct, so many options for meals. There is also a "superbarn" supermarket 100 metres away for groceries. Parliament House and the Royal Australian Mint are both a short drive away.

It was clean, tidy and had all the amenities you would need for a short stay or a work trip including wifi. Also had a great shower and really comfy bed. Quiet but really convenient location and lots of great options for meals all in a short walk plus a small well stocked supermarket. Really lovely and helpful staff to help me check in and out.
